Spiced Masala Chai Tea

An uplifting blend of black tea from India with a rich, deeply flavored masala consisting of cardamom, clove, star anise, and peppercorns. To add extra spice dimensions, this tea includes cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla pieces. Serve with plenty of milk, if desired.

To brew: bring 6 to 8 ounces water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon tea to a cup, pour water over the tea, steep for 4 to 5 minutes, and strain and enjoy.
