Shipping policy

When will Salt Traders Ship my order?
We do our best to fulfill same-day shipping on orders received before 1:00 pm (EST) on regular business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 1:00 pm, are usually shipped the following business day. We ship with USPS and UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. or APO boxes.

What shipping carriers does Salt Traders use?
We offer a variety of shipping options through UPS and the United States Post Office. We leave this choice up to our customers as each customer has unique shipping needs and preferences.

How will I know that Salt Traders has shipped my order?
Salt Traders will send you an automatically generated email confirming your shipment tracking number. This will be sent to the email address that you provide in your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are shipped out from Massachusetts. UPS Ground takes typically 5-7 business days, depending on your location. If you need your order in a short time frame, we recommend choosing one of our UPS Express shipping options.

Must I provide my contact number and e-mail to Salt Traders?
An accurate phone number is necessary to process credit cards and if there are shipping problems with UPS and/or USPS. Your email address is important so that you may receive tracking information on your package, or any other important notifications. Salt Traders will never sell your information to any third parties.

Does Salt Traders ship internationally?
Salt Traders does not offer international shipping at this time.
