Sagemary Sea Salt

I had purchased the Sagemary Sea Salt in a Newburyport store a long time ago and was on the hunt for a new jar. I was trilled to see that I could order a large bag directly from Salt Traders! This is very chunky and flavorful, and I use it on everything. It also makes for a wonderful finishing salt.

A great way to add flavor to grilled chicken.

The best seasoning for a roast. use it on any meat, veggie.

I rated this salt over 6 years and still give it the highest recommendation possible! It's a standard in our kitchen and we use it on grilled and roasted veggies, rice, eggs, and chicken. Our favorite use is by far is as a rub on thick lamb chops prior to searing and then roasting.

I love rosemary on my bbq steak so I had to give this a shot. Rubbed it on a ribeye and let it sit for about an hour and a half at room temp. One of the tastiest steaks I've ever had. Definitely a must buy if you like rosemary.
