This oil is delicious and herbaceous. Green, spicy, Sicilian oil with fresh-cut-grass flavor. Long, strong peppery finish. Nocellara olives are hand-harvested in October, pressed, and unfiltered. The oil is naturally decanted so there may be some fine particles and the bottom of the bottle. Vivacious and fresh, this 2023 Olio Verde Olive Oil is delicious drizzled over pasta, meats, seafood, on salad, roasted vegetables, and even over ice cream.
