NEW Sea Salt Blend Collection

We've switched up our flavors in this new sea salt blend collection. These are great salts to experiment with on all kinds of food. Each sampler contains 12 g each (approximately 1tablespoon) of the following artisanal salt blends:

Fennel Thyme Sea Salt -season pasta with lemon zest, chicken, fish, and salad with this one.
Porcini Sea Salt - great with burgers, rice and risotto, mushrooms.
Sagemary Sea Salt - use in Italian dishes, turkey and stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted pork tenderloin.
Lavender Sea Salt - try with soft cheeses and honey, roasted lamb, grilled peaches, shortbread or lemon bars before baking.
Margarita Sea Salt - perfect to rim cocktails, sprinkled on chicken, roasted vegetables.
Bloody Mary Sea Salt - avocado toast, egg dishes, popcorn, and, of course, cocktails.
Smoked Spicy Paprika Sea Salt - corn or fish chowder, grilled shrimp, home fries, mix with unsalted butter for corn on the cob, finish guacamole with a sprinkle.

Each blend is crafted by hand and made with a slightly moist sea salt (except the Margarita Salt is made with Cyprus white sea salt flakes.

Use these blends as a finishing salt to add extra flavor and depth to a dish.

Use mixed with oil and other ingredients as a rub.

And try during cooking; add to soups, stews, and braises.

A convenient way to enhance any dish. Simply cook, sprinkle, enjoy!
