• Fennel Thyme Sea Salt - 12g -  made with wild Italian fennel pollen. Fantastic on pork, seafood, poultry, and all sorts of vegetables, rice, and bean dishes.
• Porcini Mushroom Sea Salt - 12g - an Italian favorite, porcini mushrooms add a deep, robust flavor to meats, pasta, polenta, soup, and sauces.
• Lemon Sugar - 14g - freshly grated lemon zest fills the air with this sugar. Versatile and fragrant, add sparkle to sweets or glaze vegetables or seafood. Stir into hot espresso or tea.
• Sagemary Sea Salt - 12g - packed with Italy's favorite herbs, fresh sage and rosemary, this blend adds sprarkling flavor to your favorite Italian tomato sauce, risotto, or meats and poultry.
