Smooth and creamy with notes of mint and thyme. This honey is harvested in Italy from Stachys Officinalis (hedge nettle), a member of the mint family with velvety white flowers.

Drizzle over slices of pear or apple. Serve on a cheese platter with soft cheeses, such as ricotta and goat cheese. Add a spoonful to a cocktail or hot tea. Enjoy a spoonful right from the jar.
