North Carolina Sourwood Honey

Sourwood Honey is buttery, floral, and with a nice maple finish. The honey is harvested from the sourwood tree in North Carolina.

Drizzle over slices of apple for a quick snack, or over grilled stone fruit such as nectarines or peaches for dessert. Serve on a cheese platter with brie or camembert. Add a spoonful to a cocktail or hot tea, green or black.
