Long Red is Back in Town

After a long absence, we are overjoyed to have these beloved Long Red Peppercorns back in stock. Our new batch is grown in Cambodia and left on the vine to fully ripen. This extended length of time gives the peppercorns their delightful chestnut hue and lots of peppery pop. The flavor is unlike classic peppercorns; it is spicy, yet has subtle, sweet undertones of nutmeg and cardamom.

The peppercorns are easy to grind in a mill, either whole or chopped. Try dusting some fresh cheeses, sprinkle pineapple slices, or snap and toss a peppercorn into a Bloody Mary. They are terrific tossed into a soup, stew, braise, or chowder, swirling their goodness into the pot. You will discover countless ways to use these Long Red Peppercorns; check them out here.

Available in 3 sizes: 1.5 oz glass jar, 8 oz zip bag, 1 lb zip bag

For best flavor and potency when not using, keep peppercorns tightly closed in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct heat or sunlight.
