Each set contains 12 g each of the following artisanal salt blends: Fennel Thyme Salt, Porcini Salt, Sagemary Salt, Caraway Salt, Sumac Pepper Salt, Aleppo Chile Salt, and Smoked Paprika Salt. Each blend is crafted by hand and made with a moist, crunchy sea salt.

Use these blends as a finishing salt. Our didi davis food Salt Blend Collection adds flare and crunch to fresh and cooked dishes. Use also mixed with oil as a rub, or sprinkle into soups, stews, and braises while cooking.

A convenient, sophisticated way to enhance any dish. Simply cook, sprinkle, enjoy!

I love this collection because I can try different salts in smaller amounts. So far I like them all.

I am really enjoying the salt blend collection. I have used the sagemary sale for baked french fries. I used the Alpo chili salt when I made a strata. I also like the easy way to just turn each container's lid. A great selection of salts!!

I got this for my sister-in-law who is an adventure-seeking unafraid to try new things cook. I KNOW she will love experimenting with the different flavors... and the packaging is adorable for a gift... and when all the yummy salts are gone, packaging is very reusable. I WANT IT TOO NOW.
